Nautor Swan has appointed Asiamarine as its agent for Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines and Vietnam, having appointed the regional dealer to represent the Swan Shadow motor yachts division earlier this year.
Swan sailing yachts comprise three series: Swan Yachts (from the Swan 48 to the Swan 78), the larger Maxi Swan Yachts (Swan 88-Swan 128) and the racing-focused ClubSwan Yachts (ClubSwan 36-ClubSwan 125).
The Swan 48 MKII will debut at Boot Dusseldorf in January 2023 and join other new Swan Yachts models including the Swan 58 (Review, Issue 60) and Swan 55, which debuted at the Cannes Yachting Festival in 2021 and 2022 respectively.
Founded by CEO Eric Noyel in Hong Kong in 2013, Asiamarine has grown quickly to be one of the biggest yacht dealers in Asia, representing several of the world’s leading brands across a range of sectors, although Swan is the first sailing monohull builder in its portfolio.
Noyel said: “We are absolutely delighted to be associated with Nautor Swan both for sailing and motor yachts. Swan is one of the most renowned of all the premier boating brands and known worldwide for performance, quality, elegance and innovative design. Asiamarine is proud to be an integral part of the brand in Asia.”
Vicsail, founded in 1983, has represented Swan sailing yachts in Australia and New Zealand since 2010, and Nautor Swan recently expanded the dealer’s remit to include the Swan Shadow and Swan OverShadow motor yachts.
Olivier Decamps, Nautor Swan Asia Pacific Regional Director, said: “We are pleased to welcome Asiamarine to our growing network of worldwide and Asia Pacific agents, and to also have Vicsail as a Swan motor yachts representative. Both companies have the expertise to position Nautor Swan at the very highest level in this growing market.
“We believe the Asian territory offers great opportunities to Nautor Swan, for all the lines of the fleet, both for sailing yachts and power models like the Swan Shadow and Swan OverShadow. I look forward to assisting them in this important mission.”
