Fraser has announced the sale of 40m (131ft) Silentworld, which was one of the largest yachts for sale in the Pacific region and will be delivered to her new owner in Hong Kong. Built by Spain’s Astilleros M. Cies in 2006 and most recently refitted in 2018, the yacht accommodates 12 guests in six staterooms.
Silentworld has been based in Tahiti and was sold by Fraser Australia brokers Peter Redford and Eugenio Cannarsa, who were representing the seller. Adam Blackmore and Jacqueline Lee from Fraser’s Hong Kong office represented the buyer, who is expected to keep the yacht in Hong Kong and explore the likes of the Philippines and Indonesia.
“It was a pleasure to work closely with the clients to search and acquire their first yacht,” Blackmore said. “It had been a family dream for many years to own a yacht and explore the oceans. Helping them make this a reality is a career highlight for me. Eugenio and Peter’s team were the icing on the cake. Their level of professionalism and clarity at all times helped to facilitate such a complex deal.”
