Following Sunseeker’s appointment of NextWave Yachting as its new distributor serving Hong Kong, the British builder has revealed that the first unit of the new Pacific version of the Manhattan 68 will be delivered to the city.
The Pacific version of the Manhattan 68, a model that debuted at Boot Dusseldorf last year, features a newly configured saloon with two facing C-shaped sofas to increase entertaining space on the main deck.
Below deck, the design features an enlarged master cabin with its own private lounge and bar, plus two other guest cabins. The first unit of the Manhattan 68 Pacific will be delivered to Hong Kong, where Sunseeker recently announced the appointment of NextWave as its exclusive dealer.
Howard Chen, Board of Directors Lead for NextWave Yachting, said: “We are delighted to become a Sunseeker dealer. It’s an amazing brand with such a rich heritage. It’s the perfect fit for our clients.”
Established in 2012, NextWave has multiple divisions for new and pre-owned yachts, luxury water toys, charter, after-sales service and yacht management, currently overseeing 36 yachts and superyachts. Assisted by its own fleet of service boats, NextWave’s service team specialises in mechanical and electrical engineering, and offers full service support for Sunseeker owners.
Sean Robertson, Sales Director at Sunseeker International, said: “The NextWave team is incredibly dynamic and has already created an exceptional reputation for sales, service and support. Their drive and determination will elevate our brand in Hong Kong to the next level. By looking at the market differently, they are winning loyal customers who appreciate their ‘customer-first’ approach.”
