Sunreef Yachts has shared layouts from a new range of 60-90ft luxury catamarans that offer “extreme living space” by taking a fresh look at catamaran design over the past three years.
The most notable developments include the creation of a large amount of additional living space by creating a lower-deck ‘bridge’ linking the two hulls, so creating full-width living spaces on three instead of two levels.
Plans reveal a full-beam lower deck
The GAs showed the aft part of the lower deck containing a lateral starboard garage for a RIB and jetski, the galley and crew quarters, while forward are four double guest cabins with en-suite bathrooms. Aft is a multi-level beach club.
With an innovative main deck design, the saloon features full-height glazing and opens wide onto the sides and the lounging area of the aft cockpit. All living spaces can be fully customised.
The main deck features an aft area that can be enclosed
The aft lounge uses the entire beam but can also be enclosed with sliding doors for more privacy in the marinas. The sun deck can be configured with an impressive master suite with panoramic views, as well as a large alfresco relaxation and fitness area.

Francis Lapp, founder and President of Sunreef Yachts, said: “Innovation is the core of the Sunreef Yachts philosophy. It is the source of all our concepts and creations. We keep moving forward constantly and the years to come with definitely bring more innovations in terms of sustainability and avant-gardist yacht design.”
