Simpson Marine recently extended its partnership with Dior China on their unique customer events related to the sea, collaborating on a Dior Riviera activation in Sanya after working together on a client event in Shenzhen in spring.
The Dior Riviera event involved helping create a ‘summer cruise pop-up’ that Dior also organised in various worldwide locations. The China event was held in Sanya, where the fashion house established an impressive display in the exclusive setting of L’Edition hotel.
Dior invited its VIP customers from all over China for a three-day/two-night experience in Sanya, where Simpson Marine’s Sanya team provided two new Lagoon catamarans for lifestyle activations in the programme.
Simpson Marine staff were on hand to welcome Dior clients on board Lagoon 46 and Lagoon 450 models for cruising around the beautiful waters off Sanya.
Dior Riviera is inspired by the azure ocean and sunny summer days,” Dior stated. “The newly released capsule collection is a reinvention of the House’s style fundamentals in a fluorescent colour palette of blue and orange. This iconic house codes and classic pattern are applied to the sail of the yachts, echoing the dreamlike collection including sandals, ponchos, scarves, and bobs.”
