Gulf Craft staged the world premieres of the Majesty 72 and Silvercraft 32 WA (‘Walkaround’) models at this year’s Abu Dhabi International Boat Show, which was held from November 24-27.
As it celebrates its 40th anniversary this year, the UAE builder has been active at major boat shows in Dubai, Cannes, Monaco and Fort Lauderdale, where it has promoted its upcoming Majesty 111 and Majesty 160 models, although it was focusing on smaller models at the Abu Dhabi show.
Mohamed Alshaali, co-founder and Chairman of Gulf Craft, said: “Across our 40 years, we have built a strong foothold both locally and internationally by providing our customers with a wide array of vessels.
“While our superyachts continue to intrigue customers around the world, we’ve also had a terrific response locally and in the region to our leisure line of vessels. As a result of this demand, we have expanded our offering with the introduction of two new models to provide our customers with more choice to find the perfect boat or yacht to suit their needs.”
The Majesty 72 is another collaboration with the Netherlands-based Phathom Studio, which also worked on the Majesty 111, set to debut at the Dubai International Boat Show in March 2023. The 22m Majesty 72 sits between the Majesty 62 and the Majesty 100, the company’s best-selling superyacht.
Powered by twin 1,200hp MAN V8 engines, the Majesty 72 can reach 30 knots and has a draft of just 1.23m, while features include comfortable crew quarters and an optional hydraulic swim platform.
The high-speed Silvercraft 32 WA measures 9.85m and adds to a series inspired by the region’s passion for family days out on the sea and fishing. The boat can be used as a weekender as below is an open forward area that converts into a queen-size berth, while there’s also a generous en-suite bathroom and a well-equipped galley.
Engine options include twin 300hp or 400hp outboards, which can propel the yacht to 42 knots, while the boat has a shallow draft of 0.6m (2ft).
