Ferretti Group will stage the American premieres of the Riva 68’ Diable and Ferretti Yachts 500 among a 12-strong display at the Miami International Boat Show (February 16-20). The fleet will be on show in One Herald Plaza at a specially designed stand described by Ferretti Group as “an elegant space that seems to float on the water, embracing the yachts and accommodating boating professionals and enthusiastic owners in the utmost comfort”.
Launched in late 2020, the Ferretti Yachts 500 (Review, Issue 59) features an exterior by Filippo Salvetti and is the brand’s first model to feature an interior by IdeaeItalia, which has also worked on the flagship 1000 and the restyled 780, with two units of the latter arriving in Singapore late last year. A Ferretti Yachts 550, 670 and 720 will also show at Miami.
Riva’s 68’ Diable had its world premiere at last September’s Cannes Yachting Festival and is part of the brand’s Open line but features an integrated hard top. The Diable will show in Miami alongside an Aquariva (33ft) and Dolceriva (48ft) from the Open range, and a 110’ Dolcevita from Riva’s Flybridge range.
The Ferretti Group display will also include a focus on power with the 7X, 8X and 9X models from Pershing’s ‘X Generation’, as well as a Wallytender48X, the outboard version of the first Wally model launched since the brand became part of the Group.
Ferretti Group will be joined at the show by high-profile partners including Jaguar Land Rover (automotive), Cipriani (catering), La Scolca (wine), Cincoro Tequila (spirits), Pommery (champagne), Seabob (water toys), Poltrona Frau and StudioKaza (furnishings), Dolce & Gabbana (staff uniforms), Slam (crew uniforms) and Ambious (air purifiers).
