Ferretti Group has announced the sales of 85m (CRN M/Y 144) and 70m (CRN M/Y 145) superyachts to be built by CRN at the 77,000sqm Ferretti Group Superyacht Yard in Ancona. Alberto Galassi, CEO of Ferretti Group, said: “Our investments in the large yachts segment are paying off handsomely and I’m pleased to announce the sale of two CRN yachts, one 85m in length and the other 70m.

“We are the only yacht-building Group with a range spanning 8-90m and as a boat lover myself, I really do understand our owners’ enthusiasm when they enter the Ferretti Group boutique. My own eyes also light up when I see our fleet.”

This year, CRN’s launches in Ancona have included the 62m Rio (Review, Issue 67) and the 52m Ciao, which both had world premieres at the recent Monaco Yacht Show and feature exterior design by Dutch studio Omega Architects. The builder’s most recent launch is the 60m all-aluminium M/Y 141 designed by Nuvolari Lenard.

CRN’s ongoing builds include the 72m M/Y 139, featuring an exterior by Andrea Vallicelli and interior by Nuvolari Lenard, and the 67m M/Y 143, Project Maranello, with exterior and interior by Nuvolari Lenard.

Ferretti Group also announced three new brand flagships to be built at its Superyacht Yard: the Riva 54 Metri, Pershing 170 and Custom Line Navetta 50. The Ancona facility’s current projects include the third hull of the Riva 50 Metri, hulls three, four and five of the Pershing 140, hulls two and three of the Custom Line 140’, and hulls nine and 10 of the Custom Line Navetta 42.

Ferretti Group’s world premieres at this year’s Monaco Yacht Show included the 62m CRN Rio and the Riva 130’ Bellissima, while it also showed the first hull of Custom Line’s flagship 140 soon after the model’s global debut at the Cannes Yachting Festival. The 52m CRN Ciao, a Custom Line Navetta 37 and a Riva 110’ Dolcevita were also on show at the four-day superyacht event.
