NextWave Yachting has shared a teaser video of Sunseeker’s Manhattan 68 Pacific, which recently arrived in Hong Kong. The yacht is the first edition of the Manhattan 68 with the new Pacific layout, developed by Sunseeker in collaboration with NextWave to offer an increased amount of seating in the saloon as well as a Grand Master suite.
Instead of a starboard sofa facing a fixed TV to port by the private stairs to the master suite, the saloon on the Pacific edition features two facing C-shaped sofas and a rise-and-fall TV. Access to all three guest cabins on the lower deck is via the forward staircase.
The Manhattan 68’s standard lower-deck layout includes four guest cabins, but the Pacific edition replaces the port twin cabin with a private lounge that leads to the full-beam ‘grand master’ suite midships. The private lounge features a dinette by a hull window, opposite an expansive sideboard with stowage, while the bedroom has a chaise lounge.
The rest of the yacht is the same as the Manhattan 68, such as the aft dining area with L-shaped seating and a table that can fold away when not in use, and outdoor areas in the aft cockpit, foredeck and up on the flybridge, where a hardtop fitted as standard.
