StellarPM announces StellarEXP series

StellarPM, which builds in Vietnam and China, has introduced a series of explorer power catamarans to its new-build offerings, starting with the StellarEXP32 and StellarEXP37 models, each superyacht offered in two configurations.

Both standard models are tri-deck designs and feature naval architecture by Dutch studio Ginton Naval Architects. The StellarEXP32 model has a length of 32.14m (105ft), a beam of 11.6m (38ft) and a draft of 2.1m (6ft 8in), while the StellarEXP37 has a length of 37.14m (121ft 10in), a beam of 12.58m (41ft 3in) and draft of 2.29m (7ft 6in).

The StellarEXP32-M has a long upper deck

Each is offered in two configurations, with ‘M’ boasting an extended, strengthened upper deck to accommodate tender stowage, and ‘S’ featuring a shorter upper deck to allow for a very large tender on the aft main deck – the StellarEXP37-S can accommodate a 12.5m tender.

In a standard configuration, both models have five guest cabins and three crew cabins. The StellarEXP32 is fitted with two 750hp CAT C18 ACERT Tier 3 engines and has a top speed of 14 knots, a cruising speed of 12 knots and a range of 3,400nm at ‘low cruise’ speed.

The StellarEXP32-S has a short upper deck

The standard models have a steel hull and aluminium superstructure. For owners seeking a faster explorer, an all-aluminium, high-performance version of each model is offered, with twin 1,800hp 750hp CAT C32 ACERT Tier 3 engines delivering a top speed of 22 knots and a 2,400nm range.

StellarEXP hulls are certified as constructed to Lloyd’s Register +100A1 SSC Yacht Mono, G6, while a choice of full class compliance is offered.

The StellarEXP37-M has a length of 122ft

The StellarPM yard in Haiphong, Vietnam’s third-largest city, handles the construction of hulls and superstructures, assembly and finishing, while the modular interiors are constructed at the builder’s factory in Zhuhai in China’s Guangdong province. StellarPM is offering a 20-month delivery time for StellarEXP models from signing of a construction agreement.
