Silent-Resorts has announced that it’s finalising a new location in Fiji, while it continues to develop its first resort in the Exuma district of the Bahamas.
A partner of Austrian-owned solar-electric catamaran builder Silent-Yachts, Silent-Resorts says the solar-powered, zero-carbon resort in Fiji will be located on a private island featuring jungle hillsides and white-sand beaches protected by a stunning coral reef. Construction of the marina and beach club at Silent Resort Fiji is set to begin at the end of this year.
The resort will feature 28 Silent Estate Residences (four, five or six bedrooms), 14 Silent Marina Residences (two bedrooms) and 10 Silent Beach Club Residences (two bedrooms). Guests will also have exclusive access to Fiji’s first solar-powered Silent Marina and a fleet of solar-electric tenders, speed boats and catamarans to explore the surrounding area.
Amenities include an owners’ clubhouse beach bar and restaurant, a health and wellness centre, the private Beach Club and adjoining wellness retreat.
Silent-Resorts is offering 24 founding memberships, offering either co-ownership or whole ownership of the Silent Estate Residences. Everyone who purchases at Silent Resorts Fiji can obtain Fijian residency, while Silent-Resorts can also manage and rent the owners’ residence(s) to secure extra income. Crypto currencies are accepted for payment of memberships.
Victor Barrett, Head of Silent-Resorts, expects to announce the exact location y July or August and says the company will offer exclusive stays at the existing facilities for those interested in learning more first-hand about Silent Resorts Fiji.
“After considering numerous possible locations, we’re delighted to be finalising the approval process for our location in Fiji,” Barrett said.
“With its beautiful, untouched natural surroundings on both land and sea, and the incredible and welcoming hospitality of the Fijian people, this is the perfect base for us to create our next 100 per cent solar-powered luxury adventure destination.
