Sessa plans to premiere its C3X at the Venice Boat Show (May 28-June 5), displaying a Hard Top version with inboard engines. The yacht has a beam of 3.45m (11ft 4in), an EC load line length of 9.93m and an overall length of 11.33m (37ft 2in) with inboards and 11.19m (36ft 9in) with the optional outboard engines.
As well as Hard Top, the yacht is available in Open and T-Top versions. The Open version is fronted by a strong windshield, while the optional T-top covers most of the cockpit and features an integrated electric bimini that extends the shaded area aft to cover the aft sunpad.
Sessa has created a new cockpit design that includes a modular C-shaped sofa to port that can convert into an extended sunpad by lowering and covering the adjustable table. This aft layout is used with both inboard and outboard engines, while the foredeck has a large sunpad for lounging.
The lower deck features an L-shaped master cabin that starts to port with a vanity table and direct access to the bathroom forward. Aft, a step down, is a full-beam room featuring a sofa to port and a double bed athwartships with low ceiling, plus a TV on the forward bulkhead. The VIP suite in the bow has a raised double bed, with guests accessing the bathroom by the ‘day head’ door.
The starboard area between the two cabins is available in either a kitchen or lounge version. The kitchen version has a galley forward of an L-shaped sofa and a long table, while the lounge version has a C-shaped sofa that can transform into a double bed with the addition of a cushion on top of the lowered table.
