Sanlorenzo Asia, represented by Simpson Marine, has been appointed as the Central Agency for the sale of a 2020 Sanlorenzo Alloy, which was delivered to Asia in early 2021 and is now in Europe. The listing price is €27,900,000.
Fully MCA compliant but only privately and very rarely used, the 44.5m superyacht has been described as ‘like new’ and ‘in pristine condition’, with low engine hours.
Among Sanlorenzo’s Superyacht range of metal yachts, the Alloy is from the fast displacement series. She is powered by twin MTU 16V 2000 M96L diesel engines and can reach 22 knots, while a long range is enabled by a fuel capacity of 41,000 litres.
The 146ft tri-deck has a 30ft 6in beam and impressive interior volume of 440GT, offering “incredible living areas both inside and out that set her apart from any other superyacht of this size on the market”, according to Sanlorenzo Asia.
Features include a spa and gym in the bow, a square jacuzzi on the foredeck, and a lateral garage for a 7m tender.
Interior highlights include the 145sqm (1,560sqft) three-level master suite, which has direct access to an exterior bow lounge and a private pool. There are also four en-suite guest cabins on the lower deck, with the yacht able to accommodate up to 11 guests.
Due to an unconventional design, the Alloy offers a seamless flow of access from the aft cockpit to the foredeck and the flybridge, which has been described as one of the largest in her class.
The hull listed for sale in Asia is equipped with zero-speed stabilisers and has been comprehensively specced with upgraded navigation, communication, TV/audio equipment, satellite and watermaker. To view the yacht or contact Sanlorenzo Asia, click here.
