Simpson Marine and Groupe Beneteau Asia-Pacific have released images of the first Beneteau Antares 11 in Asia, sold to a family in Hong Kong. The family-style cruiser is available in a coupé version or with a flybridge, a new option only released late last year.
The region’s first Antares 11 was photographed during a trip from Aberdeen Boat Club around the south coast of Hong Kong Island to Round Island, known for its beach and hiking, and also to Lamma Island to the west.
Designed in collaboration with Sarrazin Design, the Antares 11 features an aft cockpit covered by a sliding roof, with an L-shaped sofa facing a drop-down swim platform on starboard side, clear of the two 300hp outboard engines.
The yacht has a full-width walkway on starboard side to the foredeck, which has sun loungers with backrests and a foldable sun cover for shelter.
Inside is an L-shaped sofa and a foldable table, opposite the galley and raised helm seat. Below is a forward master cabin with an island bed and a midships guest cabin with double and single beds.
