Custom Line launched its 140’ at the Ferretti Group Superyacht Yard in Ancona, marking the arrival of the brand’s largest model to date. The tri-deck planing yacht is expected to have a top speed of 21.5 knots and will undergo testing and final fitting ahead of its appearance at boat shows in September.
Compared to Custom Line’s Navetta 42 displacement yacht, which is four tonnes heavier, the 140’ is longer (42.6m) and wider (8.4m), and has a volume close to 400GT. The Navetta 42’s volume is closer to 300GT.
The 140’ is the third Custom Line yacht with exterior styling by Francesco Paszkowski Design and interiors by Margherita Casprini, and was developed with Ferretti Group’s Product Strategy Committee and Engineering Department.
Features include floor-to-ceiling glazing on the main and upper decks, a painted aluminium handrail with Y-shaped uprights on the main deck, large hull windows and many new features inspired by residential architecture.
