Fraser CEO Raphael Sauleau said the sizes of the largest yachts sold last year were similar to 2019, in the latest in an exclusive Fraser Marketing Intelligence series for Yacht Style.
“Data on the largest yachts sold revealed that the combined lengths of the top 10 yachts sold in 2020 totalled almost the exact same figure, 760m, as in 2019. These included Fraser sales such as the 74m CRN Lady Jorgia and the 67m Aurora Borealis, to name but a few,” Sauleau said.
“The fact that 2020 had little impact on the size of yachts sold highlights that buyers are more passionate than ever about getting back on the water and enjoying the rewarding benefits of yacht ownership.
“This trend was underscored by Fraser client sales, resulting in the brokerage house being headlined in a recent industry report as the only worldwide provider to top the rankings for sales in all size sectors. So, while the market is still moving, we can look ahead with optimism.”
