Celebrating the launch of hull two

Benetti has launched hull two of the Benetti Motopanfilo 37M (Review, Issue 63), a model that made its global debut at last year’s Cannes Yachting Festival. The shipyard collaborated with Francesco Struglia on the exterior of the 121ft Class yacht, which features an interior by Lazzarini & Pickering Architects.

The Motopanfilo 37M’s iconic design features includes a fold-down beach club with fold-out cabana bimini as well as a lofty fifth level, a cosy observation deck with panoramic views on top of the sun deck.

The second Motopanfilo 37M has been named eh²

Lukas Stratmann from Ocean Independence sold the second hull last July and attended the launch of eh² at the Benetti Shipyard in Viareggio. The yacht will be available for charter in the Mediterranean this summer.

“For me, the Benetti Motopanfilo 37M is the ultimate in simplicity, blending iconic elements of a classic 1960s heritage with decidedly 21st century thinking,” Stratmann said. “We are delighted to see eh² launch and look forward to delivery to her owner this May.”
