Beneteau has announced a Roadshow designed to meet owners and prospects in seven countries across Europe from April 1 to June 20. Coordinated with the brand’s network of dealers, the Beneteau Roadshow starts in the German town of Heiligenhafen from April 1-4 and April 8-11 before taking in the Netherlands, France (three stops), Italy, Norway, Sweden and concluding in the UK.
To cover the various cities, two roadshows will be organised simultaneously, and each stop will offer yacht tours and potentially private sea trials. The Roadshow involves setting up a temporary installation in the vicinity of key boating areas. (Full schedule listed at end.)
“European boaters have gone without boat shows for a year now and have had limited access to or use of their boats, so they probably have had very little time to prepare for the 2021 season the way they’d like to or to plan the practicalities of a future buy,” Beneteau stated.
“Without waiting for the next government decisions, which will decide whether we can travel to various countries, Beneteau has decided to launch a Roadshow. With our dealers, we will meet our customers face to face and show them the flagship models of our range of sailing yachts and motorboats, visible ashore and afloat. This unprecedented arrangement will help reconnect with boaters who need help with their boating projects.”
Access to the boats shown for private visits – with possible trials depending on the ports – will be by appointment only and will comply with local protective measures.
