Asiamarine is kickstarting its appointment as the dealer of Tige Boats in Hong Kong by bringing the 23 RZX and 23 ZX models to the city in April. The regional dealer, headquartered in Hong Kong, has been officially representing the American boat builder since the start of 2021.
Texas-based Tige, founded by Charlie Pigeon in 1991, is among the leading producers of surf, wake and ski boats, today offering ZX and RZX models from 20-25ft.
The company’s new GO System, powered by TAPS 3T, helps control the wake behind the boat and was among winners of the 2020 Innovation Awards presented by the Water Sports Industry Association (WSIA).
Hamish Pope, Tige Brand Manager at Asiamarine, said: “Tige Boats offers the most adaptable and versatile waves through its GO system and TAPS 3T technology, catering for beginners right up to pros.
“The GO touchscreen can be pre-set to individual riders using ballast, surf plates and speed to dial in the perfect wave every time. We can’t wait to introduce this technology to the wakesurfing community.”
Asiamarine also has offices in Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam and Singapore. The company represents Galeon motor yachts, Bali Catamarans and Wellcraft fishing boats in multiple Asian markets, as well as Ferretti Yachts in the Philippines and now Tige in Hong Kong.
