Princess Yachts Australia returns to the Sydney International Boat Show (August 3-6) with the first display of the Y72 and V55 in Darling Harbour, where the British builder’s boats will be on display at Marina M 125.
Part of the Y Class of large flybridge motor yachts by the Plymouth shipyard, the Y72 takes design influence from the Y85, with a sculpted exterior and long, fluid hull windows. The expansive saloon connects with the cockpit to provide one vast sociable living space on the main deck, while the lower deck can accommodate eight guests in four cabins.
The V55 is at the heart of the iconic V Class, which ranges from the V40 to the V78. Characterised by long sweeping lines, the V55 can reach 35-37 knots with a deep-V, resin-infused hull that provides exceptional seakeeping and voluminous space, including for three cabins on the lower deck.
