StellarPM has sold the first unit of the StellarONE108 to a North American customer, with construction commencing in Vietnam and China, and delivery scheduled for July 2024. Dutch studio Ginton Naval Architects is responsible for naval architecture, while hull one features an owner-customised interior by Turkish designer Unzile Acar.
Among the builder’s growing range of new construction offerings, the 33m StellarONE108 has a raised pilothouse design and a 26ft 5in beam. The first unit is a long-range, full-displacement model with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, twin Cat C32 engines, cruising and top speeds of 12 and 14 knots respectively, plus a range of 3,400nm with 36,000 litres of fuel.
Hull construction is according to Lloyd’s Register +100A1 SSC, Yacht, Mono, G6 and will commence at the StellarPM yard in Haiphong in northern Vietnam, with the modular interior in build at StellarPM’s Zhuhai factory in China’s Guangdong province.
The standard layout offers five guest cabins comprising a full-beam master suite with foldout balcony on the main deck, as well as a VIP suite with king-size bed, two queen staterooms and a twin on the lower deck, plus accommodation for five crew.
Chris Holmes, founder and Executive Director of StellarPM, said: “This is an amazing superyacht that will really wake up the market. What sub-$10m yacht of this size gives Lloyd’s-certified all-metal construction, Northern European superyacht quality engineering and finish, teak decks, Tier III Cat C32 engines, an on-deck master suite with balcony, beach club, tender garage and so much more.
“The StellarONE series’ equipment, engineering, build and quality levels are set to be a gamechanger for the market and we will deliver a truly superb, fully customised vessel to our customer.”
StellarPM also presents the StellarONE108 in a semi-displacement aluminium version, which has a top speed of 22-23 knots and a range approaching 2,500nm.
The builder is also designing full-displacement and semi-displacement versions of StellarONE118 and StellarONE130 models. Last year, StellarPM announced the StellarCAT AL25-3.
