Princess Yachts is staging the show premiere of the Y72 at the Miami International Boat Show from February 16-20, when the newest Y Class model will be on display at One Herald Plaza alongside the S62 sportbridge and the F45, F50 and F62 from Princess’s F Class flybridge range.
Tom Carroll Jr, President of Princess Yachts America, said: “We’re thrilled to be a part of the new Miami International Boat Show. We look forward to showcasing the Princess Y72 for the first time in Miami alongside the Princess F45, F50, S62 and F62, and welcoming visitors to our expansive display at One Herald Plaza.”
Designed by the Princess Design Studio in collaboration with naval architects Olesinski and Italian design house Pininfarina, the Y72 reaches up to 34 knots with twin MAN V12 1,650mhp engines and features expansive full-length hull windows, which will also be seen on the range’s flagship Y95 due to launch later this year. The builder’s other highlights in Miami include the F45, the new entry model to the F Class flybridge range.
Will Green, Chief Commercial Officer at Princess Yachts, said: “We are delighted to kick-start this year’s American boat show season with our return to the Miami International Boat Show.
“Despite the industrial difficulties the pandemic has presented to global manufacturing over the past two years, Princess has had a record year commercially in 2021, demonstrating the growing appeal of our comprehensive range to existing and new yacht buyers around the world, and not least in North America.”
