Vibe Beach Club is set to liven up Hong Kong’s day charter market when the 78ft sailing catamaran with a 41ft beam begins operating this summer. Vibe arrived from Phuket where it was a popular daytime charter boat but is currently undergoing a full refit and upgrade in Hong Kong to offer a far more luxurious experience onboard.
Designed to offer “a laid-back, chilled-out Mediterranean vibe”, the single-deck layout will feature comfortable cabana-style lounge areas with tables and ice boxes, a bar, DJ booth and elegant sun beds on the trampolines.
In Hong Kong, Vibe will operate as an exclusive membership club during the weekends and holidays, and only be available for private charter on weekdays. The private club offers different tiers of memberships such as VIP, corporate and individual.
Members will be offered bespoke itineraries each time from Central to Sai Kung including exploring pristine beaches and hidden destinations, while the club will also arrange a regular series of themed events. Vibe will offer a range of onboard activities including massage, shisha, live performances, delicate canapes and champagne.
The yacht will also offer a variety of water sports including wakesurfing, paddleboards and a collection of inflatables. A luxury water taxi is also available as a tender to transfer guests to or from their own yachts or nearby destinations.
On weekdays, non-members will be able to hire Vibe, which will be the city’s largest catamaran for charter in Hong Kong, with a capacity for 50 people. As well as the bar and DJ booth, the options for live entertainment will make Vibe a unique option for parties, celebrations, corporate events and other special occasions.
